PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION (HIGH RISE BUILDINGS)FOR UAE
Our client, a prestigious constructionn company in UAE is seeking to recruit a topnotch Project Manager for their mega project in UAE. The key objective of this role is to provide superb assistance to the management and core operations in all the stages of the project from concept to completion by ensuring that project works are completed timely and effectively through first-rate and cost-efficient means. You will manage, supervise, coordinate, and successfully complete the project thru the establishment and implementation of project plans; management of project budgets and resources; enforcement of project standards; revenue and profitability forecasts, and the management of all quality assurance aspects & change control processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with a Masters; minimum 10 years hands-on experience in managing big construction projects, especially high rise buildings, max age of 46 years old, international work experience preferred, knowledge in Primavera, with exposure to Quality Management and HSE, interested in working in a dynamic work environment in UAE.
